ChemBiologics LLC ships chemical building blocks solely for research and development use. All shipments are conducted in accordance with applicable shipping, transportation, and hazardous materials regulations.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 day after payment is received, subject to product availability and compliance review.

  • Order processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Certain products may require additional handling or documentation, which may extend processing times.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We ship using reputable commercial carriers selected at our discretion.

  • Shipping methods and delivery options are presented at checkout when available.

  • The Company reserves the right to change carriers or shipping methods to ensure regulatory compliance or safe delivery.

 

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to approved domestic and international locations, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8. Risk of Loss

  • Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon shipment from our facility.

  • Buyers are encouraged to inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.

 

9. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

  • Any damage, loss, or discrepancies must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

  • Please contact us at support@chembiologics.com with your order number and relevant details.

  • We may require photographs or additional documentation to investigate the issue.

 

10. Returns Related to Shipping

  • Products returned due to shipping issues are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

11. Force Majeure

ChemBiologics LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.
