A full refund will be issued if a product does not meet the quality specifications stated at the time of sale, provided that:

• The refund request is submitted within four (4) weeks of the original purchase date.

• The product’s failure to meet specifications can be reasonably demonstrated (e.g., analytical data, quality discrepancy, or documented defect).

• The product has been handled, stored, and used in accordance with standard laboratory practices.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products that meet the stated specifications.

• Issues arising from improper handling, storage, misuse, or modification.

• Requests submitted after the four-week eligibility period.

Refund Process

1. To initiate a refund request, please contact support@chembiologics.com with:

   • Order number

   • Product name and batch/lot number

   • Description of the quality issue

   • Supporting documentation, if available

2. Our quality team may request additional information or samples for evaluation.

3. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.

• Approved refunds will be issued in full to the original credit card used for the purchase.

• Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
